IQID Child High IQ Society is an international society created with the aim to explore and support Giftedness and children’s and adolescents’ abilities and talents. Founded in 2012 by Dr. Evangelos Katsioulis MD, IQID functions as an entirely web based superior intelligence community.
IQID Society is the 25th member society of the World Intelligence Network (WIN)
The minimum requirement to enter the IQID Society is a performance on an acceptable standardized IQ test of at least two standard deviations above the mean of the general population. This performance corresponds to the following baseline scores:
IQ 130, (Wechsler scale with sd 15)
IQ 132, (Stanford-Binet scale with sd 16)
IQ 148, (Cattell scale with sd 24)
IQID Society functions to support and promote the gifted children’s education, professional development and future and to provide them the best available current options. Alongside many interested special educators, our team is focused on the special education potentials, function and structure with respect to each culture, religion and background.
IQID members benefit of the information about educational opportunities, academic challenges, international contests, creativity expressions, special interests and even entertainment-related matters and events available to the society members.
The society name, IQID, is conceived by the phrase “I, kid“, having replaced the first two phrase letters by the relevant prefix IQ
